Overview

With more than 2,400 retail locations worldwide, Bath & Body Works is a leading personal care and home fragrance brand, offering body mists, lotions, candles, hand soaps, and more. The brand is widely recognized for its signature fragrances, seasonal collections, and frequent sales.

The Problem

The brand’s current website does not fully capture the sensory immersion of the in-store experience, where each fragrance feels like its own world.

The Solution

A redesign bringing the iconic Bath & Body Works in-store sensory experience into the digital space, recreating the immersive nature of each fragrance.

Clean and balanced visuals uniting distinctive colors and photographic imagery.

Improved Product Imagery

The new photos feature ingredients listed in the notes, connecting the products to their fragrance families.

Related Products

Users can easily add products of the same fragrance to their cart.

Social Media & Reviews

Customer reviews now prioritize submissions with images and users can view customer-submitted social media posts.
